It depends on scope: a 5 to 7 page company site is different work from a tool with bookings and payments. That is why the estimate comes on the first call, plainly and with no commitment. The €300 packages usually mean a template, third-party lock-in and hidden yearly costs.
What do I pay yearly afterwards?+
The domain (about €15 per two years) and hosting (€50 to €90 per year), both in your name. The SSL certificate is free; anyone charging for it is overcharging you. Optionally, monthly care: updates, backups, small changes.
How long until it is ready?+
4 to 6 weeks for a company site, provided the content (copy, photos) arrives on time. Tools and dashboards are scoped per project, always with a prototype before any line of code.
What if I want to work with someone else?+
You take everything: domain, hosting, code, content. It was already in your name from day one. No talk to the previous developer.
Do I need a mobile app?+
Usually not. A proper site works flawlessly on mobile, and an installable web app covers most scenarios at a fraction of the cost. Native iOS/Android makes sense when you need push notifications or store presence.
